Deeply troubling. While I don't see this demographic as "revolutionary", their economic effect cannot be exaggerated.
All the talk of "recovery in the housing market" is just BS unless you can put substantial money into the hands of the Under-30s. Just who do they think we are going to sell all those $400,000 houses to?
