Atlas Injunction Against Pilot's Union
      #445414 - 12/01/17 10:53 AM

Atlas gets an Injunction against Pilot's Union.

This is the main part for me - "concerted refusal to volunteer for or to accept work assignments (including, without limitation, open time flights), slowdown (including, without limitation, the existing SHOP and BOOT campaigns)..."

I found the SHOP and BOOT interesting. :)

Do the unions every win in these cases?

Bill

this is all about?

Ward,

This is the Planiff's Motion for Injunction which may explain some of the background.

Ward -

Basically, the Judge says the court has jurisdiction, so hey pilots, don't be sick, and don't leave on time (block out on time) when you can leave early. Quit your "self help sick out" antics and keep the airline flying while labor negotiations continue.

So, it would seem that certain uninion members got the flue, and don't pick up open trips, and the company took offense.

Now, what happens?

- Reams-
