And if you know someone who might be interested, please pass along the information.

I'd really appreciate it.

Has it been sold yet? Must be lovely country side in the spring.

Unfortunately, it is still on the market.

I'm just back from there, in fact. I went down to visit for 5 days. You're right it is quite pretty down there. Very peaceful and quiet also.

The website has been getting hit after hit but the phone is not ringing. It is a rough market, I'm afraid. Very frustrating.

Thank you for asking, keep your fingers crossed. :)

Well, you are trying to sell a unique product into a very depressed market. The market for something like that is very small to begin with, and the current economic situation is no help at all...

Yeah, it's depressing. :(

I just finished taking a real estate principles and practices course at a local community college. Not that I really want to get into real estate but, it was something to do through the long winter months.

Passed the class with an 83% average. Now I have to wait for my certificate, then mail it off to somewhere in Las Vegas to apply for a date to take the licensing exam here in CT. THEN... I must contract with a local broker who will sponsor me so that I can pay $225 to the state of CT to get a license to work for him/her.

Why did I do that? <lol>

Ummmm ... isn't the property you're trying to sell in TN? <g>

Congrats on passing the test with plenty of clearance!

Regards,
Joe

Well, I'm trying to advertise it. To sell it I would need a real estate license. <smile>

And the certificate came in the mail today.

Asked the instructor what type of car I need to buy to be a successful agent. He didn't answer.

Why did I take that class?

A 4-door with good back seat space at minimum. Might consider a SUV.
