No https?

I've noticed that I can't seem to access AVSIG in a https (encrypted http) mode. It seems even the login screen is not encrypted.

I'm going to be traveling next month and using hotel hotspots. Https is the best way to secure information to prevent login credentials from being stolen.

Any chance of getting support for https?

How about VPN to a trusted network when you're on the road? My employer offers that, so the price is right... But you can buy, or setup your own, and protect not just Avsig logins.

There are a number of things we could do to improve this installation. I'll put that on the list. #1 IMO is a spambot filter at the registration screen. These things are literally trying to sign up every second of every day.
