AVSIG very slow

For the past two or three days, downloading from AVSIG has been extremely
slow. Normally, it take me a few seconds to download new messages. This
pass took 3.5 minutes.
Is anyone else experiencing such times?

I've found it to be variable. Most of the time, it's fine. But every once-in-awhile I have to go do something else while the hamster finishes his meal.
